道教经典。经文所言之修炼吸食日月精华之法为早期上清派道法之一。其法乃按时存思日魂月魄及诸神君入人体三元宫中，结合吞霞、咽炁、诵经、服符、叩齿、咽液、按摩等方法，谓修炼此法可飞升成仙。

This Taoist work records one of the practice methods of Shangqing School in the early period. It is about how to absorb the essence of the sun, the moon and those from the gods. Then, by breathing, chanting, casting spells, knocking teeth, swallowing saliva and massage, the Taoist priests will become immortals.
