Shangqing Dadong Zhenjing

道教经典。此经为道教茅山上清派重要经典，谓修道者诵经思神，佩符念咒，可招上皇真气祥烟来入体内，镇神固精，自身与神合一，性命长存。

This is a fundamental scripture of Maoshan Shangqing School. It asserts that if the Taoist ascetic concentrates on chanting, he would absorb the Shanghuang Zhenqi, which may help to conserve the strength and essence. In this way, the ascetic is able to achieve immortality.
