A story about karma, known as yuanqi or yinyuan in Chinese, from the Tang Dynasty. The work relates various miraculous tales about Monk Fotucheng, for example, how he put out a fire in Youzhou Prefecture, his ability to make judgments by listening to the ringing of a bell, and a story about him washing his intestines with river water.
